Overview
The Marketing Graphic Designer role focuses on developing polished, brand-consistent creative materials that help drive external marketing efforts, internal messaging, and cross-company campaigns. This position spans a variety of formats, including digital, print, event, and packaging assets, and requires the ability to turn broad ideas, value propositions, and key messages into visually effective communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create branded visual materials across multiple channels and formats, such as printed collateral, digital promotions, web content, social graphics, trade show pieces, packaging mockups, and sales presentations.
- Maintain consistent use of brand standards across every deliverable and customer-facing or internal touchpoint.
- Collaborate with marketing managers to develop and execute integrated campaigns, helping convert strategy and messaging into compelling visuals for product launches, seasonal initiatives, and corporate programs.
- Partner with colleagues in Marketing, Product Management, Sales, HR, and Leadership to support brainstorming, creative reviews, and campaign planning.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a similar discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Background in an in-house marketing environment is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B settings is preferred.
- Agency experience supporting B2B products is also relevant.
- Strong portfolio showing brand-led work across print, digital, and campaign materials.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Solid grasp of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience producing materials for both external marketing and internal communications.
