Job description
Role Overview
This position offers a chance to guide marketing for a luxury design brand that sits at the crossroads of art, interiors, architecture, and craftsmanship. The company produces collectible textile art and custom pieces for discerning collectors, architects, interior designers, and other design professionals. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer/Owner, the Marketing Manager will help broaden brand visibility, generate qualified demand, and strengthen relationships across the luxury design community.
About the Company
The brand creates more than rugs; it develops collectible textile works with artistic intent. Through an Artist-in-Residence program, the team partners with artists and skilled craftspeople to produce limited-edition and one-of-a-kind creations. Its Atelier Series includes 36 original works each year, produced in editions of 30, while the Studio Series focuses on bespoke pieces for high-end residential interiors. The audience values not just beautiful objects, but meaningful connections to artists, craft, and design.
What You Will Do
- Build a strong understanding of the collectible design, luxury interiors, textile, and art markets.
- Track new trends, identify notable designers, collectors, galleries, and potential partners, and assess the competitive landscape.
- Use market insight and customer data to guide marketing priorities and investment decisions.
- Develop and implement campaigns that increase awareness, drive lead generation, and support customer acquisition.
- Create practical metrics and reporting methods to measure performance and improve results over time.
- Work with leadership to shape growth plans and marketing strategy.
- Turn the company’s artistic vision, background, and craftsmanship into engaging brand stories.
- Produce content and campaigns that resonate with designers, collectors, and design enthusiasts.
- Highlight the work of artists, makers, and collaborators in a compelling way.
- Communicate the value of original artistic work in interior environments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, galleries, collectors, and industry influencers.
- Support outreach and business development efforts through thoughtful engagement.
- Contribute to long-term partnerships that help the brand grow.
- Plan and support marketing around design fairs, exhibitions, and industry events, including Design Miami and similar prestigious gatherings.
- Serve as a polished, informed representative of the brand.
- Ensure events reflect the brand’s sophistication and artistic standards.
Experience and Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in interior design, building and architecture, luxury brands, cultural organizations, art, or high-end fashion.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Interest in art history, design, architecture, or the creative industries is strongly preferred.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical judgment with the ability to use data in decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial approach with a drive to build and grow a brand.
- Self-directed work style with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
- Curiosity, coachability, and a willingness to learn.
- Persistence, resourcefulness, and a results-focused mindset.
- Comfort interacting with sophisticated clients and industry professionals.
- Genuine passion for art, craftsmanship, design, and creative culture.
Why This Role Stands Out

The role offers exposure to influential voices in design and the opportunity to help shape a brand recognized for originality, authenticity, and excellence. Instead of simply promoting products, you will help connect people with art.
Application Notes
Candidates should submit a resume and a cover letter to the managing human resources director, describing relevant experience, accomplishments, and interest in the company. The employer is especially interested in applicants who are energized by the mix of creativity, strategy, craftsmanship, and growth.
