Role Description
This full-time, on-site Marketing Manager position is based in New York, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of brand and marketing initiatives. This includes devising and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies designed to enhance brand recognition and stimulate sales across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale platforms. Key duties involve directing digital and social media campaigns, orchestrating content creation and photoshoots for various digital channels, and overseeing public relations efforts, strategic brand alliances, and event marketing activities. The role requires analyzing marketing performance metrics, refining campaign effectiveness, managing budgets and schedules, and fostering close collaboration with design, sales, and operations departments to ensure a cohesive brand narrative. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will cultivate and maintain relationships with external agencies, media outlets, and influencers to amplify brand presence within the luxury and fine jewelry sector.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing management, brand management, or comparable roles, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or fine jewelry industries, or closely related premium consumer goods sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, encompassing social media strategy, email campaign execution, and a foundational understanding of SEO/SEM principles.
- Proven track record in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that span both online and offline channels.
- Aptitude for crafting compelling brand stories and marketing collateral that align with a luxury aesthetic.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and social media insights tools, and a strong grasp of key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand voice consistency.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines within a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Prior experience in coordinating public relations, influencer collaborations, and event management is highly advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- A genuine passion for luxury brands, design, and fine jewelry, coupled with an understanding of high-end customer expectations and experiences.
- Familiarity with marketing and design software including Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, and the Adobe Suite.
