Established by three women with long-standing experience in the fashion industry, the brand blends modern design, durability and everyday wearability with a commitment to making better choices.
Role Overview
Albaray is seeking an organised and experienced Marketing Manager to help plan and deliver marketing activity across the full customer journey. This position is broad and practical, covering brand marketing, campaign development, content, email, digital channels and influencer outreach.
You will work closely with the Head of Digital, the wider internal team, creative partners and outside agencies to make sure campaigns are delivered accurately, consistently and on schedule. The role calls for someone who is both imaginative and commercially minded, with strong writing ability, a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
Working Arrangement
This role is based in a hybrid setup with occasional travel to the London studio. The employment type stated in the listing is full time. The report line is to the Head of Digital.
Responsibilities
- Build and oversee the seasonal marketing calendar across all relevant channels.
- Coordinate integrated campaigns from the initial brief through launch and post-campaign reporting.
- Make sure campaigns align with brand-building, trading and customer acquisition goals.
- Handle timelines, deliverables and approvals with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Create brand marketing activity that raises awareness and strengthens Albaray’s market position.
- Spot opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, events and wider brand visibility.
- Maintain the content calendar in line with seasonal activity, product launches and commercial priorities.
- Write and proofread clear, engaging and on-brand copy for email, campaign pages, blog content and paid advertising.
- Brief and coordinate content needs with internal teams and external creative partners.
- Plan and manage the email schedule in line with campaign and trading priorities as well as customer needs.
- Build, test and schedule email campaigns, including copy, product selection and creative coordination.
- Manage audience segmentation and use performance data to refine messaging, timing and strategy.
- Review competitor email activity each week and identify useful trends and testing ideas.
- Report on email revenue, engagement, click-through rates and conversion performance.
- Support paid digital marketing across Meta, Google, affiliates and display with the Head of Digital and agencies.
- Coordinate messaging, creative assets and landing pages across paid channels.
- Write and adapt ad copy and resize existing creative for different placements.
- Review results and suggest tests and improvements to improve performance.
- Identify influencers and creators who fit the Albaray brand and build relationships with them.
- Manage outreach, gifting activity, briefs, product selection and campaign administration.
- Track creator content and performance and identify opportunities for longer-term partnerships.
- Prepare regular reports covering campaigns, email, influencer activity and digital marketing performance.
- Turn performance data into practical insights and recommendations for future activity.
- Keep accurate records of campaigns, budgets and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing, brand marketing or digital marketing, ideally in fashion, retail, lifestyle or ecommerce.
- Strong ability to plan campaigns and manage projects effectively.
- Excellent copywriting, proofreading and communication skills.
- Experience planning and delivering email marketing campaigns.
- Working knowledge of digital channels such as paid social, paid search, affiliates and display.
- Experience working with influencers, creators or brand ambassadors.
- Ability to resize, reformat and adapt creative assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical capability and confidence in reporting on campaign results.
- Very strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Self-starting, collaborative and commercially focused approach.
- Understanding of ecommerce and how brand building connects with commercial performance.
- Experience with tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Canva or influencer management platforms is an advantage.
