Job description

About the Role

This opportunity is for an ambitious, commercially focused Marketing Manager to steer the Ireland/Islands (IOI) marketing direction for well-known Irish brands, including Coleraine and Golden Cow in Northern Ireland, plus Charleville and Dairygold in IOI.

The position carries significant responsibility: you will own the brand, oversee P&L performance, and lead a team of two. The role is central to setting brand direction, accelerating growth, and delivering high-quality marketing that resonates with both families and retail customers.

You will join a fast-moving, adaptable and growth-oriented business where initiative is encouraged, accountability is valued, and learning never stops.

This is a hybrid position with two days each week in the Naas office, specifically Tuesday and Wednesday. It also involves occasional travel to partner locations in London and Dublin, as well as company sites across Ireland and the UK.

About Kinisla

Kinisla is an integrated farm-to-fork food business with a major consumer foods footprint and a strong dairy and nutritional ingredients division. Sustainability and innovation sit at the centre of its approach, from working with local family farms to creating high-quality dairy products across the value chain.

Its portfolio includes recognised dairy brands such as Cheestrings, Charleville Cheese, Coleraine Cheese, Dairygold, Golden Cow and the SMUG range.
