About the role
YETI creates gear designed to elevate outdoor experiences, and this position supports that mission by helping deliver impactful product launches. As the Marketing Program Manager, you will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and act as a key connector between marketing, product, and other business teams to keep go-to-market work moving smoothly. The role calls for someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, collaborative, and able to stay effective in a fast-moving environment.
What you will do
- Plan and drive marketing programs for new product introductions, making sure they support the brand direction.
- Own and maintain core project materials such as briefs, scope documents, requirements, schedules, and stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate across product, sales, ecommerce, legal, customer experience, and brand marketing teams to keep execution aligned.
- Evaluate stakeholder inputs, surface gaps, risks, and dependencies, and propose practical fixes to keep projects on track.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal partners and third-party vendors involved in marketing execution.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams on brand, seasonal, and other campaign work.
- Track program progress, revise plans when needed, and share milestone updates with stakeholders.
What you need
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience managing projects in marketing or at an advertising agency, ideally within consumer goods and product go-to-market work.
- Solid understanding of product life cycles and launch processes is preferred.
- Ability to manage several projects at once in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proven strength in planning and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of partners.
- Comfort working in an entrepreneurial, collaborative setting and contributing as a team player.
- Resourceful, self-driven, and able to work through ambiguity.
- Positive, energetic, approachable, and motivated demeanor.
