Role overview
This is a remote-first marketing project management role for a partner employer based in Ireland. You will act as a central coordinator for marketing operations, turning strategy into well-run campaigns and cross-functional initiatives. The position is suited to someone who enjoys bringing order to complex work, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring delivery across multiple channels and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the delivery of marketing campaigns, launches, partnerships, events, and brand-focused initiatives from start to finish.
- Create and maintain roadmaps, project timelines, action trackers, and task plans for several marketing workstreams running at the same time.
- Work in close partnership with teams across Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition, and Retention to keep execution smooth.
- Run standups, project meetings, and progress updates that keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and accountable.
- Track progress against deadlines, spot risks or dependencies early, and put practical solutions in place to keep work moving.
- Help marketing leadership prioritize tasks, organize workflows, and convert broader business goals into clear, executable plans.
- Own project records, reporting, budgets, milestones, team capacity, and project systems such as Jira, Notion, or similar tools.
- Support ongoing improvement by refining processes, strengthening documentation, and contributing to post-project reviews.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, marketing coordination, or a related function.
- Background in iGaming, esports, gaming, or another fast-moving digital environment is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and moving parts with strong structure and organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across different functions.
- Experience leading meetings, following up on actions, and maintaining accountability from project kickoff to completion.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels such as content, social media, influencer marketing, CRM, partnerships, paid media, and lifecycle marketing.
- Practical experience with Jira, Notion, or comparable project collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to use reporting and performance data to improve efficiency.
- High attention to detail, a proactive approach to solving problems, and comfort working in fast-changing settings.
- A collaborative mindset, strong ownership, and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
