About the Role
Concept Berlin is seeking a dedicated educator with strong knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology for its retraining program for Medical Assistants. This position is available on a part-time basis, as a mini-job, or on a fee-for-service arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instruction on foundational anatomy, including skeletal structure and bone composition.
- Teach physiology, covering general life processes, biochemical reactions, and biophysical functions of the human body.
- Educate on pathology, focusing on disease origins, development, manifestations, underlying biological causes, and resulting physical changes.
- Instruct on hospital and practice hygiene, adhering to Robert Koch Institute (RKI) guidelines for infection prevention, sterilization, and medical device reprocessing.
Requirements
- Possession of a completed degree in Medicine, Biology, or a comparable qualification.
- Prior teaching experience, ideally in Anatomy and Physiology.
- Exceptional German communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to convey learning material clearly and effectively.
- Strong teamwork and adaptability.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools is advantageous.
- Commitment to providing high-quality education.
- Willingness to conduct in-person teaching during scheduled hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM).
