Job description
About the role
Tommy Hilfiger is a globally recognized lifestyle brand that has been shaping accessible luxury since 1985. Rooted in New York City and inspired by Americana, the brand spans TOMMY HILFIGER and TOMMY JEANS, along with licensed product lines that extend its identity across generations, markets, activities, and occasions. Its marketing and communications approach connects with culture through F.A.M.E.S. — Fashion, Art, Music, Entertainment, and Sport — and is fueled by major campaigns, sponsorships, and high-profile activations.
The Americas Media team is a five-person group that partners with Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail, and Wholesale teams across North America. The team’s purpose is to make sure the right commercial or brand message reaches the right audience at the right point in the funnel. Working with the agency of record, the team operates with a strong focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and a test-and-learn approach.
The Digital Media & Marketing Analyst will collect, examine, and interpret data from digital marketing channels to shape strategy and improve campaign results. The role involves close coordination with internal partners and an external media agency to deliver insights that support business growth and stronger return on investment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, evaluate, and prepare reporting on paid media activity across the full customer journey in the US and Canada.
- Convert raw performance data into practical insights and recommendations that improve the customer experience.
- Review how creative assets, audience targeting, and campaign structures affect results.
- Assist with data gathering, organization, insight development, and measurement planning for MMM and MTA initiatives with relevant stakeholders.
- Create and update reporting frameworks and performance dashboards to track KPIs and marketing effectiveness.
- Study customer behavior and attribution patterns to uncover trends and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with marketing teams to plan A/B tests, experiments, and multivariate testing for campaign and experience improvement.
- Assess paid media performance across the funnel and recommend adjustments to content, budget distribution, and audience segmentation.
- Oversee data integration and reporting across media platforms in the US and Canada.
- Work with developers and external agencies to confirm that media pixels are functioning correctly and to support campaign tracking.
- Provide analytical support for cross-functional projects involving marketing, PR, merchandising, operations, and finance.
- Handle ad hoc analyses and strategic workstreams as business needs evolve.
- Build, refresh, and maintain interactive dashboards using BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, especially in reporting, analysis, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Coremetrics, along with social platforms, DSPs, DMPs, and ad servers.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and how data informs decisions throughout the customer journey.
- Working knowledge of major digital channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social, affiliates, display, video, and CTV.
- Ability to explain complex findings clearly and turn data into practical next steps.
- Comfort working across functions and taking initiative in a collaborative environment.
- A-plus if you have experience with A/B testing.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving, dynamic workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving ability.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable spotting patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science/Engineering.
