The business places customers at the centre of its approach, with Finance playing a critical role in enabling commercial decisions that support performance, sustainable growth, and standout customer experiences.
Role overview
In this Media Coordinator position, you will assist the Media Manager and collaborate with media, agency, and marketing colleagues to deliver smooth, well-timed campaigns across major entertainment and wagering brands in New Zealand. The role focuses on planning and delivery, serving as the connection point between internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and advertising materials so work is completed accurately and on schedule.
Key duties
- Oversee the daily rollout of marketing activity across all media platforms.
- Help the Media Manager with campaign budgeting and spend distribution.
- Serve as a main contact for the media agency.

You should be comfortable managing traditional and digital media trafficking across several channels, and have practical knowledge of campaign tracking, tagging, and quality assurance for digital activity. Strong day-to-day capability with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications such as Word and Outlook, or with Google Workspace, is also expected. Experience working with external publishers or media vendors, along with the ability to compile campaign performance reporting and insights for internal teams, will be important in this role.
