About Charlotte Tilbury Beauty
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty was founded in 2013 by British makeup artist and beauty entrepreneur Charlotte Tilbury MBE. Since then, the brand has reshaped the beauty category by making makeup simpler to understand and easier for people to use, choose and gift. The business has expanded rapidly over the past decade and now operates across 50 markets and continues to scale, supported by more than 2,300 team members worldwide.
The company is known for fast growth, frequent innovation in retail and product launches, and a technology-led approach. Its culture is built around embracing challenge, thinking differently, winning together, and sharing the magic. It is looking for exceptional people who want to contribute to its continued success and ambitious growth plans.
About the Role
This is a newly created opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Paid Media Executive to join the Europe Marketing team in London. The role is focused on planning, managing and improving paid media activity across the European channel landscape, including retailer-linked campaigns and brand-led national campaigns.
You will work closely with retailer media teams, media agencies and global colleagues, while also partnering with the wider marketing team to share learnings, best practice and insights that improve campaign performance.
The position covers the development and execution of paid media campaigns, including channel planning and end-to-end asset management across multiple EU markets. You will act as a regional marketing partner, helping deliver high-quality execution with strong creative thinking, commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Help deliver the EU paid media strategy so campaigns support awareness, consideration and conversion goals across the funnel, based on the needs of each market.
- Work with the media agency and/or retailer media teams to improve campaigns against agreed performance measures such as ROAS, CPA, engagement and conversion.
- Partner with global brand marketing and creative teams to brief in high-quality assets for paid campaigns that follow platform best practices and suit local market needs.
- Manage the translation workflow after global assets are delivered, including briefing creative and copy requirements to translation teams.
- Apply global marketing direction to paid media plans for new product launches and event-led activity, including messaging, creative choices and audience targeting.
- Ensure assets are ready within the deadlines agreed with retailers for co-op media investment plans.
- Support regular campaign reporting to assess performance against benchmarks and identify changes based on insights.
- Help manage budgets and optimise activity across multiple platforms to improve efficiency over time.
- Track competitor activity and consumer behaviour to inform advertising decisions where needed.
- Handle finance-related processes in a timely way, including raising purchase orders and completing monthly reconciliations.
- Research social trends and stay up to date with new ad products and technologies, offering ideas that could improve KPIs.
- Support the team in exploring greater use of AI and helping move this forward in practice.
- Review creative performance to understand what connects with different audiences and feed those learnings back to creative and global teams.
Who You Will Work With
- You will report to the Media Manager, EU.
- You will work with the EU Marketing team, PR, global teams, regional agencies and the wider EU function.
About You
- You have some paid media experience, either in an agency or in-house setting, ideally in beauty, fashion, luxury or retail.
- You are comfortable analysing performance data and turning it into practical insights, with a strong grasp of ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rate.
- You are organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage several campaigns at the same time.
- You are commercially curious and want to understand how paid media contributes to revenue and growth.
- You combine a data-led approach with creative awareness, understanding the balance between performance and brand.
- You collaborate well and thrive in a fast-moving environment, adapting quickly and staying positive.
- You communicate clearly and can explain your view while building strong cross-functional relationships.
- You work well under pressure, prioritise effectively, influence stakeholders and operate well in an agile setting.
- You bring a professional, flexible attitude and are eager to learn and take on challenges.
- You have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
