Role overview

NTT DATA is looking for a PACS Data Entry / Service Desk Analyst to support a Spectra Data PACS environment in the United States. The position centers on accurate data entry and day-to-day operational support to keep radiology workflows moving efficiently in an environment that does not use dynamic PACS workflow assignments for radiologists.

This opportunity suits someone who is methodical, dependable, and comfortable following documented procedures while using sound judgment to resolve issues that fall outside standard steps.

What you will do

• Enter large volumes of information into the PACS platform with a strong focus on speed and accuracy
• Provide first-line Service Desk support for PACS-related requests and routine issues
• Work from established knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures
• Help maintain radiology operations in a static PACS assignment setting
• Spot workflow mismatches and escalate cases when procedures do not align with the situation
• Protect data accuracy, consistency, and timely processing across tasks
• Work closely with teammates to support smooth and efficient operations

Experience and qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry
• At least 1 year of experience in a service desk or support environment
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred background

• Experience with PACS systems or in radiology/healthcare IT is preferred but not mandatory
• Previous work in data entry or service desk roles is an advantage
• Exposure to healthcare workflows is helpful

Compensation and benefits

The starting pay for this remote role is $20 to $22 per hour. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s location, relevant experience, technical capability, and other qualifications. The role may also qualify for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
