Job description
Role overview
RustLabs is seeking licensed clinicians and biomedical specialists to help improve clinical-reasoning models on its expert platform, rustBench. In this remote contract role, you will contribute the same kind of judgment you use in real practice by working through diagnostic, treatment-planning, and literature-review scenarios.
What you will work on
- Create clinical reasoning tasks, including case descriptions, differential diagnoses, evaluation steps, treatment justification, and scoring signals.
- Assess model outputs using a rubric that you help define and refine.
- Check factual statements against primary research and clinical practice guidelines.
Who they are seeking
- Licensed MD, DO, NP, or PA professionals with current clinical practice experience, or a PhD/PharmD in a biomedical field.
- Candidates who are comfortable following a task specification and challenging it when it contains inaccuracies.
- People able to commit 20 to 40 hours per week on an asynchronous basis.
- Fully remote contributors.
Compensation
The role is paid at an hourly rate of $50 to $125, with weekly pay.
Working arrangement
This is an asynchronous remote contract position based in the United States.
