Role overview
Crocs, Inc. is looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to support merchandise operations across the region. Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager, Merchandise Operations, this role helps keep pre-season and in-season ranging activities, system upkeep, data accuracy, reporting, and timeline tracking running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate operational tasks linked to templates, systems, data, and critical project timelines.
- Partner with global, regional, and cross-functional teams to complete work on time and communicate updates or changes clearly.
- Put core processes and calendars into practice, document them, and ensure they are followed across stakeholder groups.
- Track project progress, flag risks or issues early, and help drive timely decisions and resolution.
- Keep product line lists, pricing details, and master data accurate and up to date.
- Protect the quality and consistency of information stored in systems and databases.
- Support and train team members on system usage so seasonal workflows run efficiently.
- Identify ways to improve workflows and processes to increase productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
- Handle other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in merchandising, category management, or planning.
- Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to manage several projects at once.
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Comfortable working under tight, high-pressure deadlines in an efficient way.
- Collaborative team player who can work well with others and help keep tasks on track.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
