Role overview
The Merchandising Coordinator supports the region’s merchandising operations end to end. This role contributes to seasonal buying, product training content, trend monitoring, market analysis, and day-to-day administrative coordination to help ensure regional activity stays aligned with Maison and HQ priorities.
Buying support
- Help prepare and maintain buying files.
- Upload, structure, and keep product visuals and product details organized.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate product feedback.
- Assist with data entry and updates throughout buying campaigns.
- Keep all files accurate, tidy, and simple to navigate.
Presentation and training support
- Contribute to the development of product training presentations that reflect seasonal direction.
- Support the organization and formatting of visual tools and product grids for broader team use.
Market and competitor analysis
- Monitor products in high demand and collect market feedback during the season.
- Summarize findings in a clear, concise format for management review.
Merchandising administration
- Assist with coordination tasks that support smooth merchandising operations.
- Maintain shared folders and file organization standards.
- Track product deliveries, codes, and assortments when required.
- Help manage calendars, deadlines, and key deliverables.
Experience and qualification requirements
- Candidates must hold a valid UAE Passport and UAE Family Book.
- A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a relevant subject is required.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience is needed.
- Strong English and Arabic language proficiency is required.
- Advanced computer skills are expected, especially in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
