Merchandising Supervisor - Doha

About the Role

Arla Foods is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to join its Qatar sales organization in Doha. This role sits within the Sales Leadership Team and plays an important part in ensuring the company’s brands are presented with strong in-store visibility and consistent execution in line with Arla’s standards.

You will work alongside experienced and committed colleagues in an environment shaped by agility, a growth mindset, and a strong focus on frontline execution. The position also contributes to the wider goal of aligning merchandising activity with sales and category priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the merchandising team to deliver high-quality in-store execution aligned with Perfect Store principles.
• Coach, encourage, and guide merchandisers so they can perform at a high level.
• Support ongoing training and follow-up to keep the team learning and improving.
• Work closely with the Sales and Category teams to stay aligned on execution priorities.
• Handle merchandiser payroll coordination and vacation follow-ups.
• Promote the use of POSM materials according to strategic direction and business priorities.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key outlet-level stakeholders.
• Assist with promotional programs and merchandising campaigns such as Ramadan, Back to School, and festivals, following the activity calendar.
• Regularly assess and refine merchandiser route plans to improve efficiency and ensure an effective field setup.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in FMCG merchandising.
• Proven ability to execute strongly in merchandising or related field-facing roles.
• Confident leadership and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated success in route planning and optimization.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
