Role overview

BMW Group Asia is seeking a MINI Sales Manager to help expand the MINI brand across East Asia. This is a regional, business-focused role suited to someone who is commercially minded, enjoys shaping market performance, and can create measurable impact through strong partner and stakeholder management.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of MINI sales results across the designated East Asia markets, including wholesale, retail, profitability, and cost objectives.
  • Guide dealer and market performance by setting business plans, tracking key performance indicators, enforcing pricing discipline, and ensuring customer-oriented execution.
  • Work closely with finance, sales planning, and market teams to roll out sales initiatives and commercial programs.
  • Coordinate product launches, retail promotions, and market campaigns with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with BMW Group standards while serving as a trusted commercial partner to dealers and internal stakeholders.
  • Help sustain long-term growth by spotting opportunities to improve performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a similar field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • About 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, digital, or regional business steering functions.
  • Strong capabilities in planning, analysis, and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to work effectively across varied regional partners.
  • A proactive, commercially focused, and adaptable mindset, with the resilience to perform in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is beneficial.
