Role Overview

This position is for a Mobile Engineer who can bring both strong technical ability and strong collaboration skills. The role sits in a fast-moving environment where the mobile app is central to the business and where career growth is part of the engineering path.

You will work on a high-traffic React Native mobile application, helping deliver product features, supporting platform-level mobile work, and partnering with engineers across teams on larger releases. As your experience expands, the scale and complexity of your projects are expected to grow as well.

Compensation

The advertised gross monthly pay in USD is between $3,500 and $9,500.

• Mid level: $3,500 to $6,000 per month
• Senior level: $4,700 to $9,500 per month

Interview Process

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain new product capabilities inside the cross-platform TypeScript React Native application.
• Learn different parts of the product quickly and work with feature owners to improve solutions and suggest enhancements.
• Take part in architecture and design discussions and contribute ideas while shaping future features.
• Review code and actively contribute within the shared codebase.
• Write clean, scalable, reliable, and testable software with the team.
• Help with planning, effort estimation, and delivery of initiatives raised by stakeholders.

Requirements

• Prior experience solving technical problems as part of a team.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience with Swift.
• Proven use of Claude or a comparable large language model tool, with comfort using AI to support productivity, research, and communication.
• Working knowledge of modern frontend development using JavaScript or TypeScript, with React Native or React web experience strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience shipping a mobile application to the App Store or Google Play Store.
• Ability to write automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Understanding of React Native app fundamentals and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with engineering tools, development workflows, and release processes.
