About the Role
Join Bendigo Bank as a Mobile Lender, also known internally as a Mobile Relationship Manager, and leverage your lending expertise to cultivate strong community relationships and drive business expansion. In this role, you will manage your own portfolio, identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and crafting personalized lending solutions. You will act as the primary lending expert for your area, possessing a deep understanding of the local market, lending products, and risk management. Your success will hinge on your ability to grow your network, effectively manage leads, and meet targets, ultimately contributing to business growth and helping customers achieve their financial aspirations while reinforcing the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively build a robust pipeline by identifying new business prospects, forging referral partnerships, and acquiring new clients through strategic networking initiatives.

- Extensive experience in consumer lending is a mandatory requirement.
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong networks and a proven track record of independently generating new business opportunities.
- A comprehensive understanding of lending products, associated policies, and relevant regulations.
- A natural aptitude for building rapport with both customers and colleagues, assessing their needs, and developing a comprehensive understanding of their financial situation.
- Advanced credit analysis capabilities.
- Familiarity with small business financial offerings.
