Mobile Scheme Cleaner (Worcester)

Role overview

Platform Property Care, part of Platform Housing Group, is seeking a professional and upbeat full-time mobile cleaner to support its schemes in Worcester. The role is focused on maintaining communal spaces to an excellent standard and helping create a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

What you will do

You will be responsible for keeping shared areas hygienic, tidy, and presentable across the sites you cover. The position involves working closely with a small team to deliver a consistently high level of service. A strong sense of pride in presentation, both indoors and outdoors, is important for success in this role.

Working pattern

This is a full-time position of 37 hours per week. The usual schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. There is no weekend working.

Cleaning experience is useful, although full training will be provided. Awareness of health and safety and COSH is considered an advantage, along with good IT skills. Because the role is mobile and involves travel between schemes, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Additional requirements

You will need to pass a DBS check for this position. Candidates must also live in the Worcester area, as the team covers that locality. A current valid driving licence is required, and applications cannot be progressed without one.
