- Use performance data and insights to shape creative choices.
- Stay current on brand, design, and cultural trends that can improve creative performance.
- Balance fast-paced requests, tight deadlines, solo assignments, and longer-term initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Bring references, inspiration, and proactive ideas that help raise the quality of the work.
Experience and Skills
- Previous experience creating strong visual assets in an agency or in-house setting.
- At least 8 years of experience in motion design, animation, and video editing, backed by a portfolio that shows relevant work.

- Preferred: familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema4D.
- Preferred: experience developing and managing motion branding systems.
- Comfort taking an idea from early concept through final execution.
- Ability to work quickly while staying highly detail-oriented.
- Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and composed under pressure.
- Cultural awareness and a strong sense of current trends and moments that can strengthen the work.
Benefits
