Job description
Role overview
Ascenti is hiring an MSK Physiotherapist to join its Bagshot clinic. This opportunity is aimed at clinicians who already have musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience and are ready for a role that builds confidence, deepens clinical capability, and supports long-term career growth.
The position involves a full MSK caseload, with learning and development tailored to help you strengthen your in-clinic practice. Ascenti positions itself as a strong environment for physios looking to progress beyond university and potentially move toward running their own MSK practice in the future.
Career development
The role comes with a structured progression pathway. You will receive an annual pay review and ongoing investment in professional development, including protected learning time. After three years post-qualification and once a key progression milestone is achieved, the role can advance to Senior MSK Physiotherapist, bringing greater autonomy, a meaningful salary increase, and additional career opportunities.
Support and working environment
You will work independently in clinic, but support is built into the role through an Area Manager, a Physiotherapy Development Lead, and a Clinical Mentor. Administrative support is also provided through digital systems and a customer hub, reducing the burden of manual paperwork and patient query handling.
Ascenti describes its culture as patient-focused and clinician-led, with physiotherapists represented on the Executive Board. The business has also experienced strong growth in demand for its MSK services, including within the private medical insurance sector, creating additional opportunities across the company.
Benefits
The benefits package includes Vitality at Work membership, access to discounts, and further rewards as part of the wider employee offering.
Essential requirements
- A BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy with at least a 2:2 classification.
- At least 2 years of experience working as an MSK Physiotherapist.
- Current full membership with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience carrying out initial assessments, making diagnoses, and creating management plans.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with patients.
- Good English skills across speaking, reading, and writing.
Additional information
This role is based onsite in Bagshot, England, United Kingdom and is offered on a full-time basis. The position is focused entirely on musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
