Nanny

Role Overview

This full-time onsite nanny position in Abu Dhabi is centered on caring for children, supporting their learning and daily routines, coordinating school-related tasks, and helping maintain a tidy home environment. The role requires strong spoken English and a proactive, dependable approach to working with both parents and teachers.

Childcare and Learning Support

• Support the children with reading, homework, and everyday learning activities, with English communication being essential.
• Take the children to school and bring them home, as well as accompany them to after-school classes and other interest-based activities.
• Offer steady emotional support, encouraging guidance, and age-appropriate discipline in day-to-day interactions.
• Prepare a healthy, nutritious breakfast for the children each morning.

School Coordination

• Handle the routine school pick-up and drop-off schedule.
• Stay informed about school notices, weekly plans, and other important updates.
• Use information shared in the parents’ group and reach out to teachers or other parents when anything is unclear.
• Make sure all school-related communication is properly understood and followed through.

Housekeeping Support

• Keep the home generally clean, orderly, and presentable.
• Take care of everyday cleaning, organizing, and storage arrangement tasks.
• Wash and iron the children’s clothes.
• Assist with routine household needs whenever required.

Working Arrangement and Additional Conditions

This is a live-in nanny role. The selected candidate should be comfortable with a schedule that includes only 2 days off per month.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Filipino candidates are preferred.
• Applicants should have a strong spoken English ability.
• A caring, patient, cheerful, and energetic personality is important for this role.
• The household prefers someone who is neat, clean, organized, and maintains a simple personal lifestyle and social circle.
• Prior childcare experience is highly valued, especially experience with twins or children of a similar age range.
• The candidate should be able to work independently, follow established routines, and communicate clearly and proactively with parents and teachers.
