About the Role

Join a one-of-a-kind resort team at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, Northern Territory, where you will live and work onsite near Uluru, one of Australia’s most iconic and culturally meaningful landmarks. This opportunity is part of the Front Office team and is suited to someone who is meticulous, guest-focused, and confident handling overnight audit tasks while delivering a warm and professional service experience.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for completing night audit activities accurately and efficiently, while helping ensure every guest receives a strong first and last impression of the resort.

• Reconcile the day’s takings from hotel outlets and ensure all figures are balanced correctly.
• Verify that guest room charges are entered accurately.
• Carry out front office tasks such as checking in late arrivals and finalising accounts for guests departing early.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has prior guest service or front office experience and brings a detail-oriented approach to night operations. Experience using Opera PMS is considered a strong advantage.
