About the Role

For the AC & Moxy Hotels in Würzburg, Odyssey Hotel Group is looking for a driven Night Auditor (m/w/d) who brings personality, initiative, and a practical, hands-on approach. The role is based in Würzburg, Bavaria, Germany, and is focused on ensuring smooth overnight hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle overnight front office duties, including guest check-in and check-out.
• Prepare a range of reports and statistics during the night shift.
• Carry out end-of-day closing tasks and support the accounting team with preparatory work.
• Receive and process reservation requests by phone and from walk-in guests.
• Independently manage the night shift and keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform regular security rounds to help maintain a calm and safe environment.
• Act as the main point of contact for guests during the night.

Requirements

• A warm, positive, and empathetic presence in all situations.
• Completed training in hospitality is an advantage, and initial experience in a similar role is also beneficial.
• Good command of OPERA and MS Office is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
• Open-minded, committed, and collaborative attitude.
• Enjoyment in working with people and a strong guest-focused mindset.
• Very good spoken and written German and English skills.
