Overview
Rhythm Transport Inc is hiring an Office Administrator for its Mississauga, Ontario location. This is a full-time position that must be performed in person at the workplace; remote work is not available.

Applicants should have around 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Work Location
On-site in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The role requires presence at the physical office.
Responsibilities
- Set up and improve administrative processes for the office.
- Assess new office procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
- Assign tasks to support staff and coordinate daily workflow.
- Prioritize office work so deadlines and procedures are consistently met.
- Handle the administrative needs of the organization.
- Manage document-release processes in line with access-to-information and privacy requirements.
- Organize office services such as space, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, upkeep, and security.
- Support budget preparation and keep track of inventory and budget limits.
- Compile data and prepare regular or special reports, manuals, and written correspondence.
- Carry out data entry tasks accurately.
- Provide training to staff members as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee general office administration activities.
- Handle workplace conflict situations appropriately.
- Commission systems and components as required.
- Monitor operations and evaluate outcomes.
- Oversee payroll-related administration.
- Plan budgets and control expenditures.
