Job Overview

Assembly Global is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join its Operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for supporting the smooth functioning of our office and ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, offering a professional and welcoming reception.
  • Manage all incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, directing them appropriately.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and handle general administrative duties.
  • Facilitate seamless operations by liaising with different internal departments.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights and accommodations for employees and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of office equipment such as monitors and headsets.
  • Oversee and manage the inventory of office snacks and supplies.
  • Coordinate and process outgoing shipments via FedEx, ensuring correct recipient information.
  • Submit invoices for utilities and services to the accounting department for processing.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required; preference will be given to Saudi nationals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Skilled in using MS Office suite for efficient task management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse tasks and effectively prioritize responsibilities.
  • Strong aptitude for organization and multitasking.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
