About the role
CHILL VIC PTY LTD is looking for a skilled Office Manager to keep daily office activity running smoothly and create a well-organised, supportive workplace. This position plays a central part in coordinating administration, assisting staff, and improving communication between teams so the business can stay focused on delivering refrigerated logistics services.
What you will do
- Oversee everyday office functions, including supplies, facilities, and relationships with vendors.
- Support administrative team members and help maintain efficient office processes.
- Act as the main contact for office-related questions and resolve common issues.
- Plan meetings, events, and team activities that strengthen workplace culture.
- Help with onboarding new hires and assist HR with records, paperwork, and compliance tasks.
- Introduce and maintain office procedures and policies that improve productivity and employee experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should hold an AQF Diploma or a higher qualification in Management, Leadership, Business Administration, or a related area, along with at least 1 year of recent and relevant experience in office management. You should be highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and attentive to detail. Strong written and verbal communication, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office administration tools are important. You must also be able to manage confidential information responsibly, approach challenges with initiative, and maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset. Experience in logistics or another fast-moving environment will be considered an advantage.

Key details
Location: Dandenong South, Victoria, Australia. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a full-time onsite role. Salary is $80,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation, with a bonus available after 1 year.
