Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Work in line with all applicable department rules, procedures, standard operating processes, and instructions to keep operations consistent and controlled.
- Manage daily tasks connected to the role to support smooth and uninterrupted workflow.
- Apply Logistics and Supply Chain instructions carefully to maintain operational discipline and consistency.
- Verify the condition of incoming products to protect product quality and integrity.
- Hold coordination meetings with supply chain colleagues to review daily workload and task allocation.
- Supervise site supply chain team members so that daily supply chain requirements are completed on time.
- Pick, pack, stage, and load order movements, and prepare the required documents for receiving and storing incoming goods and supplies accurately.
- Check and validate data entered in SAP and paper-based systems by junior team members to ensure records remain accurate and dependable.
- Guide and coach junior staff on routine tasks while ensuring adherence to SOPs and established guidelines.
- Support ongoing process improvement by identifying ways to enhance practices, adopt international best practice, reduce cost, and improve productivity.
- Help prepare timely and accurate Supply Chain reports in line with company and departmental standards and requirements.
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental controls to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Carry out other duties and assignments as requested.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Between 0 and 3 years of relevant Supply Chain experience.
