Role Overview
This customer-facing position is centered on accurately and safely preparing online grocery orders while supporting smooth communication across store teams. The role also involves helping resolve customer-related queries such as stock availability and substitutions, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare online customer orders by selecting, packing, and handling items with accuracy, speed, and care.
- Work with other departments to manage missing stock, substitutions, and related online customer questions.
- Maintain a safe working approach and contribute positively to health and safety for yourself and those around you.
