Shift details

This role follows Roster option 1: Friday and Saturday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and Monday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Role overview

As an Online Assistant, you will help prepare online supermarket orders for customers while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety. The role is customer-focused and requires close coordination with other departments to manage stock issues, substitutions, and customer-related queries.

Key duties

  • Pick and pack online orders carefully, quickly, and safely.
  • Stay in touch with other teams about missing items, replacement products, and related online customer questions.
  • Maintain a strong focus on health and safety for yourself and the people around you.
