Role overview
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Operations Analyst to contribute to operational excellence, process enhancement, and data-led decision-making across the business. This position supports the review of operating activities, performance tracking, and identification of improvement areas that help raise efficiency, productivity, and overall organizational results.
Core responsibilities
- Review operational workflows, business processes, and performance information to spot patterns, bottlenecks, and areas that can be improved.
- Gather, check, structure, and interpret operational data from a variety of sources.
- Create reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and presentations for management.
- Track operating metrics and turn findings into recommendations that support both strategic and day-to-day decisions.
- Perform root-cause analysis and suggest corrective as well as preventive actions.
- Help drive process improvement, workflow refinement, and automation efforts.
- Work closely with teams such as operations, finance, HR, IT, logistics, sales, and customer service.
- Support project planning, rollout, performance monitoring, and post-implementation reviews.
- Build and update SOPs, workflow documents, and other operational records.
- Assist with forecasting, resource planning, capacity studies, and productivity reviews.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and operational systems.
- Take part in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at better service delivery and stronger operational performance.
Requirements
- Prior experience in operations, business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, or a similar function is preferred.
- Strong ability in analysis, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving.
- Advanced Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis tools.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics/reporting platforms is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of business operations, workflow management, and performance measurement.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to handle several priorities and stay effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
