Role overview

The Operations Coordinator for the Logistics Network team will help oversee warehouse operations across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The role supports regional warehouse partners by tracking service levels, assisting with client communication, and contributing to inventory control efforts.

This position is based at a warehouse partner location in either Wind Gap, PA or Salunga-Landisville, PA, and requires a daily on-site presence at warehouse facilities. Regular travel between the two locations is expected.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain working relationships with operations staff.
  • Monitor operational data and confirm that service-level commitments are being achieved.
  • Handle escalations by diagnosing issues and putting solutions in place promptly.
  • Make sure warehouse partners are aligned with the company’s quality standards.
  • Support communication with clients and respond to requests.
  • Assist with invoice handling and creation.

Required experience and skills

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain work, along with a background in inventory control, fulfillment operations, or account management. Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities are important, as well as sound judgment, problem-solving skills, relationship management, and the ability to work with urgency.

Additional qualifications

Preference is given to candidates with startup experience.

Work location and travel

Candidates must be based in Wind Gap, PA or Salunga-Landisville, PA and be able to travel to the other site and to Edison, NJ. The role involves around 20% travel for CSP visits, local and interstate travel, team gatherings, conferences, and in-person customer meetings.

Tools and work environment

The role requires comfort using standard office equipment such as a laptop, keyboard, and phone. The employee must also be able to collaborate across multiple teams in a remote setting, work across time zones within reasonable time expectations, and use digital collaboration tools such as GSuite, Slack, Zoom, and Miro.

Compensation

The base salary for this position is between $65,000 and $80,000 per year. Final compensation may vary based on the candidate’s skills, certifications, and geographic location.
