Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and self-driven Operations Executive to support day-to-day transaction handling and client service. This role focuses on reviewing transaction activity, resolving client concerns, working closely with internal stakeholders, and keeping operational workflows running accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and authorize transactions in line with internal procedures and compliance standards.
- Address client questions about payment status, processing delays, failed transactions, and issues with beneficiary fund receipt.
- Work with internal departments and banking partners to investigate transaction cases and drive closures.
- Communicate with clients in a clear and professional manner via email and other channels.
- Share routine updates on transaction progress and send follow-up messages when needed.
- Keep Excel and MIS records current for client complaints, transaction concerns, investigation updates, and final resolutions.
- Make sure every issue is logged, monitored, resolved, and documented properly.
- Escalate urgent, sensitive, or unresolved matters to the relevant team without delay.
- Preserve confidentiality, precision, and operational effectiveness in all daily tasks.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, MBA, or another finance/banking-related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Working knowledge of banking, remittance, payment operations, or financial services is preferred.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel and general computer applications.
- Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Capability to handle several tasks at once in a fast-moving work environment.
Preferred Skills
- Background in customer service, banking operations, or payment processing is a plus.
- Exposure to transaction monitoring and compliance-related workflows is preferred.
- Strong coordination, tracking, and follow-up abilities.
