About the Company

Established in 2000 by Mr. M A Yusuffali, the group operates across retail, hospitality, real estate, and trading, with its retail arm known for running a network of hypermarkets in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka, and Uttar Pradesh.
Role Overview
The Operations Executive will support daily mall operations, help maintain service standards, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure customers, retailers, and facilities are managed smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay familiar with the mall’s operating policies and overall operational approach.
- Keep mall offers, event updates, and promotional activities current and accurately communicated.
- Complete assigned KRAs within the required timelines.
- Monitor that customer security and safety measures remain in place and effective.
- Assist shoppers by directing them to available mall facilities and services.
- Support retailers with their day-to-day operational needs.
- Work with other departments to maintain the mall and ensure proper upkeep.
- Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by managers during the day.
- Support floor managers in carrying out department-related activities.
