Role Overview

Studio Interlace is looking for a seasoned and outcome-focused Operations Manager to support its international operations in the United Arab Emirates. This position is suited to someone who can keep day-to-day business activities running smoothly while also driving long-term operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of daily business operations and make sure work is carried out efficiently.
• Create, refine, and roll out operating procedures, policies, and continuous improvement plans.
• Track operational output, productivity levels, and key performance indicators.
• Handle budgets, resources, and operating expenses in a controlled and effective way.
• Work closely with different teams to improve processes and streamline workflows.
• Guide, coach, and grow operational staff so team objectives are met.
• Maintain adherence to internal policies, industry expectations, and regulatory obligations.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Previous professional experience in operations management or another comparable leadership position.
• Solid leadership, planning, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and issue-resolution skills.
• Comfortable balancing several priorities in a demanding, fast-moving environment.
• Background in process improvement and performance management will be an advantage.
