Role overview
RE/DONE is a contemporary luxury fashion label with sales across wholesale, retail, and ecommerce. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of product movement so inventory is transferred accurately and efficiently from the warehouse to the customer. This position plays a key role in protecting day-to-day operational quality across logistics, fulfillment, inventory systems, and third-party logistics partners, while working closely with Planning, Finance, Sales, and Ecommerce to keep execution aligned with business needs.
Location and reporting
This role is based in Los Angeles, California, in the DTLA area, with a four-day in-office schedule. The position reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day partnerships with 3PL providers, warehouse teams, and freight carriers.
- Oversee inbound and outbound transportation, as well as service levels tied to shipping performance.
- Manage wholesale fulfillment activities, including retailer compliance, routing requirements, and chargeback handling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records across NetSuite, WinFashion, and Shopify.
- Assist with fulfillment operations and resolution of issues across retail and ecommerce channels.
- Work with Planning to support inventory allocation, movement, and seasonal product placement.
- Coordinate execution for seasonal product launches and major wholesale shipments.
- Monitor, review, and raise operational performance across logistics and fulfillment workflows.
- Spot process gaps and introduce practical improvements to strengthen operations.
- Help reduce operating costs across logistics and fulfillment functions.
- Partner across departments including Finance, Planning, Sales, and Ecommerce to keep operations aligned.
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of background in operations, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, wholesale, or consumer products is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing 3PL and warehouse relationships.
- Hands-on exposure to multi-channel operations spanning wholesale, retail, and ecommerce.
- Strong planning and organizational ability with the capacity to juggle several priorities in a fast-moving setting.
- Excellent attention to detail, execution strength, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear cross-functional communication skills.
Systems and tools
The role uses NetSuite, WinFashion, Shopify, CIT Factor Portal (CIS / Patrina), MFG Factor Portal, and Excel.
