Role Overview

Serenity Healthcare is seeking an Operations Sales Manager in Henderson, Nevada to take complete responsibility for a busy service location. In this position, you will oversee the team, day-to-day floor activity, sales pipeline, operational output, and overall member experience. The role is designed for someone who has already demonstrated the ability to grow revenue while managing a demanding operation and is prepared to do both at a more advanced level. You will be expected to lead in a visible way, maintain accountability to performance goals, and keep standards high even when challenges arise. Prior experience in a specific industry is not required.

Location: Henderson, NV. This is a full-time, on-site role with compensation of $100,000 plus bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete daily operation of a high-traffic service site, including staffing, workflow, floor coverage, and quality of output.
  • Improve sales results across the location by keeping yourself and the team focused on clear revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Establish a strong performance culture through coaching, feedback, and consistent accountability.
  • Make sure every member interaction is timely, polished, and aligned with Serenity’s service standards while also recognizing and converting sales opportunities.
  • Monitor key location metrics such as sales volume, conversion rate, efficiency, and quality scores, then use that information to guide operational and commercial decisions.
  • Spot underperformance early and address it directly with clarity and follow-through.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 10 years of leadership experience combining operations management and sales, with direct responsibility for both team performance and revenue.
  • A strong history of achieving or surpassing sales goals, supported by measurable results.
  • Experience working with KPIs, including tracking, reporting, and using them to make decisions.
  • A background in hospitality, premium retail, or upscale service operations is considered a strong advantage.
  • Comfort with direct performance conversations and a record of positive outcomes from them.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to notice issues early and take ownership quickly.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual pay of $100,000 or more, plus bonus opportunities.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage with 90% of the premium paid by the employer.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • 10 PTO days at the start, increasing to 15 days after the first year, plus 10 paid holidays.
