Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Dubai calls for an Operations Supervisor who can keep day-to-day activities running effectively, coordinate team efforts, and support efficient workflow execution. The role involves reviewing and improving procedures, handling resources, and working with different teams to maintain smooth operations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proven background in supervising teams and managing operations
• Solid grasp of operational practices and techniques for improving processes
• Strong ability to analyze performance data and identify workflow enhancements
• Clear communication skills for team alignment and collaboration across departments
• Good problem-solving ability with a practical, outcome-focused approach
• Experience in the food service or manufacturing sector will be considered an added advantage
