Job description

Role Overview

This role supports day-to-day operational processes across air network, road linehaul, dispatch, customer service, and administrative functions at the Ludhiana location. The position is focused on completing assigned tasks accurately, on time, and in line with internal procedures and external compliance requirements.

Key Areas of Work

  • Support air network and other operational workflows.
  • Handle dispatch, operational administration, and general office support.
  • Assist with customer service, service assurance, trace management, and reporting.
  • Support manifesting activities and sort operations.
  • Contribute to dangerous goods handling support, cross-border road linehaul, domestic air linehaul, and road network operations.
  • Provide location-based customer service and support group coordination.

Responsibilities

You will be expected to finish defined procedures within deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and completeness. The role requires identifying issues as they appear, applying established rules and procedures to resolve routine problems, and escalating more complex matters to senior colleagues when needed.
