Role overview
This opportunity is for an entrepreneurial operator to introduce and run Stranger Soccer in Doha. The position is designed for someone who wants to build a local business, grow a football-focused community, and create meaningful results in their city.
You will take charge of the brand’s local launch and ongoing operation, combining business ownership with a passion for making football easier to access for players.
What you will be responsible for
- Setting up and expanding Stranger Soccer’s presence in Doha.
- Building and maintaining partnerships with football venues.
- Hiring, onboarding, training, and supervising game hosts and part-time team members.
- Attracting players through creative outreach, marketing, and community activities.
- Delivering a reliable, high-quality game experience that encourages repeat participation.
- Improving processes continuously and supporting the scaling of the operation.
Support provided
You will not be working alone. The company’s headquarters team in Singapore will back you with the core technology platform, including the app, payments, and automation tools, along with an established operating model and ongoing guidance for operations and marketing.
