Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Optician opportunity based in Saudi Arabia. The role involves helping customers choose eyewear that matches their needs, carrying out basic eye examinations, and providing a high standard of service throughout the customer journey. You will also support eyewear fittings and adjustments, respond to customer questions, and contribute to a professional and welcoming retail environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of optics and core optometry concepts, along with the ability to perform eye exams and guide customers in selecting the right eyewear. Strong customer service ability, attention to detail, and good interpersonal communication are important. Experience in optometry or a similar role is preferred. Fluency in Arabic and English is an advantage, and a diploma or certification in Optometry, Opticianry, or a related field is desirable.

This position is available in Riyadh, Dammam, Alahsa, Jeddah, and Qassim.
