Job description
Role overview
As an overnight maintenance associate, you help create a strong first and last impression by keeping the store clean, orderly, and safe. This role supports cleanliness across the parking lot, restrooms, receiving area, and other parts of the store.
Compensation
The hourly pay for this position ranges from $14 to $27. The pay offered will meet or exceed the minimum wage required in the job location. Depending on the schedule, facility, season, or specific duties performed, additional premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply, and more than one premium can be paid if multiple conditions are met. This role may also qualify for annual or quarterly performance incentives.
