Role overview

Mediavest trading as Core is hiring a Paid Social Manager for its Dublin 2 team. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Ireland’s capital, with a standard 39-hour working week. The salary offered is €33,000 to €44,000 per year, depending on experience.

The role focuses on planning, launching, tracking and improving paid campaigns across social media channels. You will work with colleagues across the business to shape digital marketing activity, keep campaigns running effectively, and turn performance data into useful insights.

What you will do

  • Build, manage and optimise paid social campaigns across relevant platforms
  • Review campaign results and make changes to improve performance
  • Interpret data and prepare clear reports and recommendations
  • Partner with internal teams to support campaign strategy and delivery
  • Oversee budgets and monitor spend against performance
  • Handle campaign administration and reporting tasks
  • Keep current with changes, tools and trends in digital marketing

Candidate profile

The company is looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying or a closely related area. Prior involvement in digital or social media campaign management is important, along with a solid understanding of major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Strong organisation, analytical thinking, communication and teamwork skills are essential. You should also be comfortable using Microsoft Office. Experience in ecommerce or online retail is an advantage, as is familiarity with optimisation tools and broader digital marketing techniques.

Additional information

This is a full-time permanent role based in Dublin 2. Working hours are 39 per week. The salary is offered within the stated range and will depend on experience.
