Role Overview
The Partner Manager position sits within the Partnerships team and is based at Mindspace in Berlin. The working model is four days in the office from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays worked remotely. The role centers on account growth and revenue generation, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, e-commerce, SEO, and innovation.
You will be responsible for developing relationships with both new and existing agencies, collaborating across teams, and bringing an inquisitive, solution-oriented mindset to partner development.
What You Will Do
- Research and identify potential partners that share aligned business goals.
- Shape a compelling partner value proposition that encourages referrals, SI relationships, and influencer collaboration.
- Support current and prospective partners through training, customer meetings, technical and administrative guidance, demonstrations, and quotation preparation.
- Work alongside Partner Enablement to strengthen agency partnerships.
- Draft and negotiate referral agreements with partner prospects.
- Build trusted external relationships while understanding partner concerns and helping improve their businesses.
- Create presentation materials and deliver educational webinars and workshops.
- Spot and pursue new business opportunities.
What You Bring
- At least 4 years of experience in partnerships or a closely related role.
- A strong drive to seek out and win new opportunities.
- The ability to stay effective and deliver against lead targets under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong prioritisation, organisation, and time management abilities.
- Genuine interest in understanding agency businesses.
- Ownership mindset for managing the region independently.
- Very good spoken and written English.
