Job description

Role overview

KIMS Hospital is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to join its Commercial team on a permanent basis. This position is based in Maidstone and requires 37.5 hours of work each week. The salary range for the role is £26,000 to £28,000 per year.

The role suits an organised, people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships with a range of stakeholders and working in a busy environment. It offers the chance to contribute to business expansion, support strategic alliances, and make a meaningful contribution within a growing healthcare setting.

Working alongside the Partnerships Manager, you will help manage the hospital’s third-party partnerships, support new business activity, and help maintain a high standard of service for partner organisations. The position is well suited to someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and interested in developing a career in healthcare partnerships and business development.

Key duties

  • Help maintain and grow existing partnership relationships.
  • Assist with finding, researching and moving forward new commercial opportunities.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for partner queries, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Arrange bookings, referrals and access to services for partner organisations.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations and other partnership-facing materials.
  • Coordinate partner engagement events, including all related logistics and follow-up actions.

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in an administrative, coordination or customer-facing position. Strong organisation is essential, along with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once. You should also bring clear written and verbal communication skills and a strong eye for detail.

Experience in healthcare, sports, partnerships or membership-based organisations would be an advantage. Any background in sales, account management or business development would also be helpful.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay package
  • Private healthcare cover
  • Pension plan
  • 33 days of annual leave including bank holidays, with additional leave based on service
  • Free secure staff parking
  • Life assurance cover
  • Annual flu vaccination
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Staff discounts and wellbeing initiatives
