This opportunity is being advertised for a partner organization that handles the application review and hiring steps directly. The hiring company is seeking a Partnerships Manager located in Canada for a high-impact, revenue-focused position.

The role centers on creating and growing strategic partnerships in a fast-paced, remote-first setting. You will oversee the complete partner journey, from finding and engaging potential ecosystem partners to negotiating terms and launching long-term collaborations. Success in this position depends on combining commercial judgment, disciplined execution, and an entrepreneurial approach to turn partnerships into a repeatable source of growth.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to make sure partnerships are integrated smoothly and executed effectively. With a high degree of autonomy, you will also develop scalable processes that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, structure-building, and translating relationships into business results.

Key accountabilities

  • Take responsibility for the full partnerships lifecycle, including prospecting, outreach, qualification, negotiation, onboarding, and activation of strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Develop and implement partner growth strategies that deliver steady pipeline creation and clear revenue impact.
  • Manage partner relationships over time through regular business reviews, optimization efforts, and joint planning sessions.
  • Support efficient operations by handling lead routing, maintaining feedback loops, and coordinating with internal Account Executive teams.
  • Set, monitor, and evaluate partner performance metrics such as pipeline generation, conversion performance, and lead quality.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and use pipeline forecasting plus data analysis to improve partner outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams to create repeatable partnership workflows and scalable go-to-market motions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, channel development, or business development, ideally in e-commerce or fintech.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships from initial acquisition through to revenue-producing execution.
  • Strong negotiation capability, including experience shaping commercial terms and collaborative go-to-market arrangements.
  • Comfort using Salesforce or comparable CRM tools for pipeline tracking and forecasting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in distributed and cross-functional settings.
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial working style suited to fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
  • Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and still deliver measurable results.

The compensation range for this position is 140K to 160K.
