About the role
An opportunity is open for a Parts Advisor in MHERO KSA, part of Arabian Frontier Motors under Al Ghurair in Saudi Arabia. The position is suited to someone who combines strong technical parts knowledge with a collaborative attitude, a proactive way of working, and a commitment to creating a positive customer and team experience.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will support parts sales and aftersales operations by helping customers and service advisors locate the right parts based on vehicle needs. You will provide clear information on pricing, availability, and product details while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
You will track stock levels, handle parts requests, and help ensure sufficient inventory for workshop and retail needs. Working closely with the warehouse team, you will support accurate stock records and help reduce shortages.
You will also prepare quotations, process sales orders, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and follow up on backorders so customers remain updated on delivery progress. Using EPC systems and dealer management tools, you will identify and issue parts correctly and keep records up to date.
Additional duties include organizing showroom and warehouse stock, ensuring parts are stored, labeled, and presented according to company requirements, maintaining a tidy and safe workspace, and taking part in stock counts and inventory checks. You will also keep detailed records of sales, inventory movements, warranties, and customer requests while following company procedures and manufacturer standards.
Candidate profile
This opportunity is specifically for a Saudi national, in line with MHERO KSA localization priorities. The ideal candidate brings 2 to 4 years of experience in automotive parts operations, such as parts advising or spare parts sales, preferably in a dealership setting. Experience with Chinese automotive brands will be considered an advantage.
You should have strong product knowledge, careful attention to detail, and the ability to recommend and source parts accurately. A customer-first mindset is important, along with the ability to work well with service advisors, technicians, customers, and suppliers. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. The role also calls for strong organization, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
