Balance Horizons is looking for a motivated, self-directed People Development Coach to support growth-focused initiatives in a fully remote setting. The role is suited to someone with a strong coaching mindset who wants to build a flexible career path while contributing to programs that help people reshape their careers and lifestyles.

Balance Horizons works in partnership with an internationally established personal development company with operations in more than 100 countries. The business focuses on helping professionals reinvent their careers, create more freedom, and build a more balanced way of living through online development programs and international live events.

What You Will Do

You will work with clients and internal teams to support information delivery, program participation, and development activities. The position includes a mix of coaching, coordination, administration, and event participation.

• Lead purpose-driven projects that contribute to career reinvention and better lifestyle outcomes.
• Learn and apply digital marketing approaches; complete training is provided.
• Work alongside others to deliver programs, content, and experiences that connect with the audience.
• Handle information flow and keep administrative processes running smoothly.
• Offer support and assist with training and coaching when needed.
• Take part in virtual events, live sessions, and personal development activities.

Work Style and Conditions

This is a performance-based opportunity rather than a conventional salaried or hourly role. Work can be done from anywhere, provided you have a reliable Wi-Fi connection, a computer, and a phone. The schedule is flexible, with both full-time and part-time arrangements available, and the expected time commitment is approximately 3 to 4 hours per day.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced communicator with sound judgement, confidence, and the ability to coach and mentor others. You should be organised, comfortable with steady daily activity, and able to work independently within a self-directed business model.

Important Notes

Applicants must have at least 7 years of full-time work experience, and the role is not suitable for students. Sponsorship is not available.
