Role overview

This role is focused on creating a welcoming first impression, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day activity on the sales floor so shoppers have a smooth and positive visit that encourages loyalty.

What you will do

As part of the customer experience team, you will be one of the first faces customers meet. The position calls for a friendly approach, a helpful attitude, and the ability to reflect the company’s service standards to everyone who enters the store.

This customer experience area may include several store functions such as cashiering, greeter support, self-checkout assistance, stocking, customer service management, and sales floor support.

Qualifications

Applicants should bring a positive attitude, a readiness to learn, a basic comfort with simple math, and a willingness to help resolve customer issues.

Pay and benefits

The starting wage for this position is $17.75 per hour. Part-time and part-time flex associates are eligible for benefits, and the flex arrangement offers the possibility of more or fewer hours depending on business needs.
